The SECOND LIFE programme is operated by OUT OF STOCK DESIGN GROUP LIMITED ( “OUT OF STOCK” ) .
You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“Conditions”) when you provide us with the furniture (“Furniture”) you wish to trade-in. Before providing us with the Furniture, if you have any questions relating to these Conditions, please contact us via email at info@outofstock.com.hk or by calling us on 852-23696018.
You confirm that you are either the owner of the Furniture or you have obtained express permission from the rightful owner to trade-in the Furniture.
Furniture for trade-in will only be accepted if it fulfills the following criteria:
Furniture must be with original receipt
No cosmetic damage to the Furniture
Furniture must be intact, and not damaged, scratched or cracked
Furniture must be in good condition and saleable in today’s market.
OUT OF STOCK reserves the right to withdraw or to change the Conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice
The SECOND LIFE programme is applicable only with the purchase of furniture (for selected models only) in OUT OF STOCK and there will be no refund of differences in Trade-in Value, if any.
Each clause of these Conditions shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the invalidity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.
'We/ us/ our' means OUT OF STOCK.
